What We Do: We make it easy for nursing staff to improve their culture, with minimal management involvement. Aligning with the four Magnet pillars, we are a "bottom-up" program that empowers staff to make positive changes.

Raven Culture is a game changer. I was a traveling nurse for two years and also a staff RN for four. Two common themes were that employees did not feel recognized enough and that units would form cliques. Raven Culture breaks through these negative barriers by creating strong interdisciplinary relationships through recognition of great work. The two dynamics are in tandem to develop a new culture where safe practices can thrive!

Raven solved problems on my unit that many didn't even realize needed fixing. Once Raven was implemented, the culture of the unit changed. New hires/new graduates started feeling safe and supported, and experienced nurses felt recognized and appreciated.
